An international charity
An international charity were looking to improve their strategic HR delivery particularly at a country level and asked for help in designing an HR Business Partnering model. Wishart Consultancy has been working with them and has provided: - An organisational review of HR delivery for Oxfam
- Stakeholder interviews, review and analysis
- Organisational redesign and future end state visioning
- Coached the International HR Director leading the project on how to enrol others in the new model and create a successful outcome"
