An International Telecoms Business
An International Telecoms Business (Maltacom) were looking for help to provide some external benchmarks and best practice operation to bring their HR Directors up to speed with the world of HR Business Partnering. They commissioned Wishart Consultancy to design and run an HR Development Workshop which covered: - Design and delivery of a 2 day strategic HR programme and team coaching for HR Directors in this telecoms business in Malta
- Introduced external benchmarking data unavailable previously to this small Island HR team
- Introduced best practice models of HR delivery in a two day workshop of all HR Directors
- Provided an HR vision for the future for the team and linked them to models of delivery in a wider global world of HR
