A London based charity
A London based charity (Shaftesbury Homes) required some help in redefining their HR and other service support needs. Working with Orion Partners Wishart Consultancy helped to quickly examine the main drivers for future success and propose a plan for organisational change. This included: - Interviews of all key stakeholders.
- Diagnosis of HR and Support services organisational issues.
- Recommendations for a new style of HR delivery
- Put in place a project plan for improvement with interim HR manager support
