A Global Petrochemicals Business
A Global Petrochemicals Business (INEOS) was working on a possible project to build a petrochemical from scratch in the Middle East. As part of the due diligence they required quick and strategic advice on the HR issues that would be critical to the success of this development. Wishart Consultancy along with some hand picked Associates provided hands on HR consultancy advice including: - Design of HR and business processes.(Included job design and evaluation)
- Training and Recruitment Strategy
- Overall HR critical path plan
- Recruitment for an HRD.
- Delivered a complete "HR in a Box" to support this major project
- Put in place a series of 90 day HR plans with critical paths and all deadlines met.
